No-show policy: Clients who do not show for their scheduled appointments, without calling beforehand to cancel, will be charged the full price of their scheduled appointment to their card on file. If there is no card on file, an invoice will be emailed, which must be paid prior to the next scheduled appointment. In the case of a no-show with a prepaid package, one session will be deducted from the package, and no charge will be assessed.
Cancellation policy: A minimum of 24 hours notice is requested for cancellations. If you are unable to give 24 hours' notice, a fee of 50% of your appointment cost will be assessed. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment. Clients with prepaid packages will have half of a session deducted from their package, and no charge will be assessed.
Late policy: If you arrive late, I will give you as much "table time" as possible, but cannot guarantee your full appointment time. The full session fee will still be owed. Clients more than 30 minutes late will be considered no-shows.
